Imagine, 4 hours!! That was due to the preparations she suggested we make to make our home attractive to potential buyers. During a difficult time, she gave good advice about pricing and presentation and knew all the right people to help get the house ready for sale at reasonable prices. Kathy knew just how to negotiate and always was pleasant and smiling. When I decided to rent for a while before purchasing a condo, Kathy knew all the best places to look and found me a beautiful, light filled rental at below market cost. Kathy is hard working, diligent, kind, and very experienced in her job."

"She did not help at all, just criticized my wives credit score.all i wanted to look at the home to see if i liked it. Which i am highly qualified to get. But just that my wife had a 600 on credit score.she is very rude, and didnt let me speak over the phone."

"she never responded back to me as promised. I asked her to help me gave her the things that I was looking for and she never looked or responded back. I also believe that I was discriminated because of my request and because of me being disabled with a state voucher.

I have just read the reply from Kathy Stark and she is absolutely correct, I'm so sorry Ms..Kathy please forgive me."
